Winstub Granada is the planned Alsatian Winstub in Granada, bringing Flammekueche, Alsatian wine and Crémant, warm brezel, escargots and the relaxed hospitality of Alsace to the city. The Founder Programme gives people and local businesses a way to support the project before the restaurant opens.
The Founder Programme is our way of opening the door early to the people and businesses who want to support the project before we open our doors.
Why become a Founder?
Founders are not simply buying a voucher. You are helping us take Winstub Granada from an idea to a real place in Granada — while receiving restaurant value, Founder recognition and access to experiences created especially for the Founder community.
🍷 Monthly Founder Wine Tasting
Two sessions a month. Each session, a new bottle.
Founders (Bretzel tier and above) are invited to our monthly tasting:
- Two sessions a month, 10–15 places each
- €5 per Founder
- €15 per guest or non-member
- Each Founder has priority booking for themselves and one guest
- Additional guests can book at €15 if places remain
Each session includes four wines, a buffet of Flammekueche, Alsace cheese and charcuterie, and bretzels.

🍷 The Founder's Discovery Wine
Founders get access to a rotating selection of wines not otherwise available on the regular menu.
Limited parcels. Small estates. Discovery bottles from places such as Georgia, Armenia, North Macedonia, Uruguay — and beyond.
Every month, one special bottle is reserved exclusively for Founders to discover.
Alsace is home. The board is where we travel.

Private lunch for up to 10 people
Available Tuesday to Friday, 13:00–15:30. Set menu from €25 per person.
How the Founder system will work
Founder support will be connected to your Shopify customer record and order. The planned redemption system uses a digital Founder ID with QR/NFC identification, so rewards can be managed without paper vouchers.
Physical Founder Cards are planned for the funded opening phase. Founder events and experiences are subject to the restaurant's capacity, operating schedule and the final conditions of each reward.
What if Winstub Granada does not open?
We are still building the project. Nothing is being sold yet, and the final purchase conditions, redemption rules and refund terms will be reviewed by our gestor before Founder sales open.
Our promise:
If the project is permanently cancelled before opening, all Founder payments will be fully refunded within a maximum of 30 days, without the Founder needing to request it.
In addition, if Winstub Granada has not opened to the public before 31 December 2028, any Founder with unfulfilled rewards may request a full refund of the amount corresponding to those unfulfilled rewards.
All of this applies without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognised to Founders under Spanish and European consumer law.

Nothing is being sold yet. The Founder products remain unpublished while we finish the website, final business and legal details and payment setup. A gestor will review the final terms before paid sales are activated.
