An informal, welcoming place to eat well, drink something good and stay a while. We are not trying to recreate Alsace behind a glass case — we want to share its spirit here.
Our story
From Strasbourg to Granada
Born in Strasbourg. Inspired by Alsace. Adopted by Granada.
Winstub Granada began with a simple idea: bring a little piece of Alsace to a city that has become home.

A story that begins in Strasbourg
Strasbourg is where it starts. It is where the memories, flavours and atmosphere of the Winstubs that inspired this project come from: shared tables, wine, Crémant, brezel and the simple pleasure of a good Flammekueche.

And continues in Granada
Granada became our new home. Winstub Granada brings those Alsatian roots together with the rhythm, warmth and life of Andalusia.
Built to grow carefully
The first Winstub will be small, efficient and personal. If the model works in Granada, the idea can grow to other places in Andalusia without losing its identity.
