Founder Programme — Purchase & Redemption Terms

Pre-launch status

Winstub Granada is currently a pre-launch project and is not yet open to the public. The Founder Programme is being prepared in connection with the planned opening of Winstub Granada in Granada, Spain.

Founder reward

The Founder reward and any associated benefits are described on the Founder Programme page. Redemption is subject to the stated conditions, availability and any reasonable operational arrangements communicated by Winstub Granada.

Opening & Refund Protection

If Winstub Granada has not opened for business by 31 December 2028, the Founder will be entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid for the Founder reward, subject to the final terms and mandatory consumer rights.

A refund request may be made after 31 December 2028 if the restaurant has not opened by that date. Once a valid refund request has been received, Winstub Granada will process the refund using the original payment method, where reasonably possible, and within the period required by applicable law.

This opening-date protection does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Spanish or European Union law, including any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or other right to a refund.

If Winstub Granada opens before 31 December 2028, the Founder reward will remain available according to the Founder Programme terms and its stated redemption conditions.

If the project is permanently cancelled before opening, Winstub Granada will communicate this to affected Founders and will provide any refund required under applicable law and, where applicable under these terms, a full refund of the amount paid for an unfulfilled Founder reward.

Refunds will not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Pre-launch information

Any proposed opening date, location, menu, operating hours, events or other project details communicated before opening are subject to change as the project develops and obtains the necessary premises, licences, permissions and operational arrangements.

Marketing and communications

Founder communications and marketing messages will be sent in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic-marketing laws. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
