Winstub Granada is currently a pre-launch project. This website is being prepared to introduce the concept, collect interest and prepare the future launch of the restaurant and Founder Programme.

1. Pre-launch status

Unless a page or offer clearly states otherwise, no restaurant booking, food order or paid product sale is currently being offered through this website.

Any future paid offer will be subject to the terms, price, availability and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Information before purchase

Before any paid online purchase is activated, Winstub Granada will provide the information required by applicable consumer law, including the identity of the trader, contact details, essential characteristics of the offer, total price including applicable taxes, payment conditions, delivery or performance conditions where relevant, and applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights.

3. Founder Programme

Founder Programme purchases, when activated, will be governed by the separate Founder Programme — Purchase & Redemption Terms. Those terms include specific protection relating to the planned opening of Winstub Granada.

4. Restaurant opening

Winstub Granada is planned for Granada, Spain. Any stated opening date is a target and not a guarantee unless expressly identified as a contractual date. The project may depend on premises, licences, permits, suppliers and other operational matters.

5. Changes to the project

Winstub Granada may need to change details such as the premises, opening timetable, menu, suppliers, event arrangements or operating procedures during development. Any paid customer rights that cannot legally be changed or excluded will remain protected.

6. Prices and payment

When sales are activated, prices and any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed clearly before the customer places an order. Any optional additional payment will require the customer's express acceptance.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory rights available to consumers under Spanish or European Union law. For online distance contracts, applicable statutory withdrawal rights and their exceptions will be explained before purchase. Mandatory legal rights prevail over these terms.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will be sent only in accordance with applicable consent and marketing rules.

9. Cookies

Use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookies Policy.

10. Contact and trader details

Public project contact: infoswinstubgranada@gmail.com. Before paid sales go live, the final legal business identity, registered address and any required registration or tax information will be added to this page and the relevant checkout and pre-contract information.

11. Applicable law

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Spanish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any other rules that legally apply.
