Before Winstub Granada opens in 2027, come and experience a first taste of the food, wine and Winstub spirit we are bringing from Alsace to Granada.
What you'll taste
- Traditional rectangular Flammekueche, freshly prepared live
- Four food stations with Alsatian specialities, including bretzels, cheeses and charcuterie
- Three wine tasting portions and one Crémant tasting portion
- A welcome drink
- An unusual Alsatian sushi wine paired with snails and smoked trout — “Alsace meets Japan in a bottle.”

Join us for an informal evening of Alsatian food, wine and conversation, with freshly made Flammekueche and four food stations.

Venue: ANDA Cowork, Avenida de Andalucía, 5, 18014 Granada.
Tickets: €5 per person
A relaxed, come-and-go evening
The tasting runs from 20:00 to 23:00, but you do not need to stay for all three hours. Come along, enjoy the food and wine, meet people and leave whenever it suits you. We are planning for around 40 guests across the evening, with arrivals spread throughout the event — not 40 people all at once.
Dietary options and allergies
Vegetarian and vegan options will be available. If you have an allergy or a specific dietary requirement, please speak directly to Alban so he can explain the buffet dishes and help you choose. As this is a buffet, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination.
More than one evening
A Taste of Alsace is an early glimpse of the wider Winstub Granada project. We are developing a monthly international Wine Board, bringing together wines and food cultures from different countries.
The Founder Programme is planned to go on sale in December 2026, with memberships starting at €10. It is a separate way to support the future restaurant and is not required to attend the tasting. Discover the Founder Programme.
