When we think of Alsace, we often think of Riesling, Gewurztraminer or Pinot Gris. But there is another side of the region that deserves a glass: Crémant d’Alsace.
It is Alsatian sparkling wine made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. Fresh, elegant and made for both celebrations and food.
What makes it different?
Crémant d’Alsace can be made from several authorised grapes from the region, creating styles ranging from fresh and citrus-led to rounder and more aromatic.
What do you drink it with?
It is a natural aperitif, but it also works beautifully with savoury dishes, cheeses and Alsatian specialties. In a Winstub, a glass of Crémant can be the perfect beginning to a meal made for sharing.
Crémant at Winstub Granada
Wine will be an important part of the Winstub Granada experience. Crémant d’Alsace will have its place among the wines through which guests can discover Alsace from Granada.
Winstub Granada opens in 2027. While we prepare the project, discover our Founder Programme and follow the story from the beginning on our website.
