A restaurant can be built with bricks, equipment and a kitchen. But a Winstub is built around people.
That is why Winstub Granada is creating a Founder Programme before the restaurant opens.
Why Founders?
The idea is simple: invite the people who believe in the project to become part of its beginning.
Founder places are planned to open in December 2026, ahead of the restaurant's planned 2027 opening. Different levels will offer restaurant value, recognition and experiences designed around the future Winstub.
More than a voucher
The Founder Programme is meant to create a small community around the restaurant before there is even a front door to walk through.
Founders will have access to invitations and tasting experiences, with special wines and food built around the idea that the Winstub table can be a place of discovery as well as a place to eat.
The higher Founder levels will include additional restaurant value and experiences, while the €10 Premier Founder is designed as the simplest way to say: I was here at the beginning.
A journey we build together
The Founder Programme is not being sold yet. The final purchase, redemption and refund terms will be reviewed before sales begin.
